The reactive adsorption desulfurization is an important and efficient technology for the ultra-deep of gasoline. performance adsorbent vital efficiency process. formation inert spinels commonly recognized deactivation adsorbents. In this work, TiO2 was incorporated in Ni/ZnO-Al2O3 to inhibit spinel phase. formed a stable protection layer on surface Al2O3, which prevented interaction between Al2O3 ZnO, inhibiting ZnAl2O4 introduction significantly improved stability adsorbents during cyclic hydrothermal treatments, while sulfur capacity slightly dropped. Characterization results revealed that homogeneously dispersed support incorporation could maintain certain amount Lewis acid sites adsorbents, are favorable organo-sulfur compounds.
